That’s not a problem since your competitors won’t be there. Moreover, it can also reduce the cost of your participation. -
The list of decision-makers from previous editions will be shared with you to ensure this. You must also specify your targets: the industries and job profiles you aim for in 2026.

Rates will be communicated to you if you are selected by the CELO team to participate in the event.

We accept a maximum of two providers.
The first to register must approve the second who will attend. -

Just specify this when registering. -
We start from the requests of the decision-makers.
We do not accept more than two providers in the same activity, and/or they must offer solutions aligned with current supply chain topics. -
Participation costs you nothing!
We cover your accommodation (4* hotel), meals, and transportation from Paris (Porte de St Cloud). -
You have until March 15 to register.
BUT : the earlier you register and share your list of needs, the better we can ensure you meet the right service providers. -
Anyone in your company involved in your project or who needs information.
You can also come with colleagues from other companies who have questions or projects related to the supply chain. -
No problem !
We will invoice your participation for the cost of your accommodation, transportation, and meals according to the duration of your stay at the event. -
We ask this to make sure we find the solutions, advice, and service providers who can help you, since we look for them on your behalf.

You must send someone else to replace you, with the same level of responsibility.
Otherwise, you will be invoiced for your cancellation.
All about the workshops

The participants do !
When registering, you fill out a list of topics, and we select the 10 most requested subjects. -
They are participants or professionals who attend for that purpose and stay for the entire duration of CELO.

No : you must be present for the participants if they have questions during the entire duration of CELO.

We accept a maximum of 170 participants, including both service providers and decision-makers.

Arrival on Wednesday evening for dinner,
then on Thursday: a series of workshops, coffee breaks, meetings, seated lunch, cocktail, and dinner.
On Friday, the last day: a series of workshops, coffee breaks, meetings, and a seated lunch.

We offer more than just meetings :
our entire program ensures that you meet all participants, from your arrival on Wednesday evening until your departure on Friday at 2 p.m.
The number of participants is deliberately limited (170), all under one roof, in a fully privatized hotel, with selected providers (no more than two competitors with the same scope).
